Medicinal Properties & Benefits:

• Analgesic: Anti (carcinogenic, catarrhal, inflammatory, oxidant, septic, spasmodic, toxic), Aphrodisiac
• Expectorant, Flavor enhancer, Improve (brain function, glucose levels), Laxative, Lowers (cholesterol levels), Rubefacient, Stimulates (nervous, circulatory, digestive)

Applications:
Aromatically: Use 3-4 in the glass diffuser of your choice for a comforting yet stimulating aroma.

Internally: Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA. Dilute 1 drop in 1 tsp. of honey or 4oz. of beverage (e.g. soy/milk) that is in a glass container.

Topically: Apply 1-2 drops to the reflex points or directly to the desired area. Always dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
