Chamomile (Roman)

Medicinal Properties & Benefits:

• Analgesic

• Anti (anxiety, inflammatory, spasmodic)

• Calmative

Applications:

Aromatically: Use 3-4 drops in the glass diffuser of your choice. 

Internally: Dilute 1 drop in 4 fl. oz of liquid - herbal teas or hot drinks to soothe the body. 

Topically: Apply 1-2 drops to the desired area. Place 1-2 drops into your favorite moisturizer, shampoo, or conditioner to promote radiant-looking skin and hair. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
