Applications:

Aromatically: Use 3-4 drops in the glass diffuser of your choice to freshen the air.

Internally: This essential oil is generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA. Dilute one drop of oil in 1 tsp. honey or in 4 oz. of beverage (e.g. soy/rice milk).

Topically: Apply 1-2 drops to the desired area. Adding a couple of drops is an excellent way to spruce up your bath and shower gels, body lotions, and deodorants. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Safety: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and other sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying the product.
