Applications:
Aromatically: This oil must be applied topically to gain the best medicinal value.

Internally: DO NOT INGEST!

Topically: Apply 2-4 drops (depending upon the location), and gently massage into the skin. Can repeat the process every 4 hrs as needed. Can cause skin sensitivity. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, etc. See extra precautions below.

Safety: Possible skin sensitivity. Dilute with carrier oil of choice (I recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil), to minimize skin sensitivity. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using it with infants and very small children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and other sensitive areas.
